My personal habits resulted in thrush
I smoke frequently but dont like keeping the taste of cigarettes in my mouth so I use mouthwash often. It seems this can have an adverse effect to the chemical balance in the mouth. I felt some discomfort inside my mouth and when I looked in the mirror I saw something that looks like a white film in my inner cheeks. My dentist checked it out diagnosing thrush which is a fungal infection. The doctor told me smoking other chemicals can contribute to the development of this infection. I used Mycelex for two weeks as directed and it cleared out the infection. Now I have to rethink some of my personal habits to prevent this in the future. I dont use as much mouthwash but to quit smoking will be an endeavor.

Walking barefoot and athletes foot
Since it has been cold out Ive been going to the swimming pool more often. I walk barefoot there all the time. This is why I believe I contracted a case of athletes foot at the gym. The skin between my toes was cracking and peeling. In addition, it was really itchy which was specially challenging when at work since I couldnt scratch or take my shoe off. I used Mycelex cream to treat the area for two weeks. The area is clear, no more itching in between my toes.
