Reviews For Recedo
Helping My Hypertrophic Scars
I have hypertrophic scars that are slightly raised. The doctor said I should try Recedo to help the scars fade. He explained it was a silicone gel used to reduce scarring. I was very happy to get some help with these scars since they were making me self-conscious. The Recedo gel gradually faded the scars a lot. The scars are still slightly raised, but I think it helped smooth them out and reduce the amount it was raised. I am still using the gel. I am wishing for it to reduce the scars visibility even more.
Reduces Scars from Burns
The scars that I have are from burns on my forearm. The scarring is very noticeable discoloration but not severe disfigurement. I have been applying Recedo gel twice a day as directed by my doctor. The doctor has told me it may take three months to see how much Recedo will improve my scars. I have noticed some difference so far. I think the red areas are fading a bit and the one area that was raised seems a tiny bit smoother. Its still fairly early to tell. I havent experienced any side effects at all. I will continue to use Recedo and hope for the best.
