My insurance will no longer cover my medication of Livalo anymore. My doctor gave me one of the coupons to where I would pay $18 monthly, but because my insurance will pay $0 it is still going to cost me $117.00 per month. I take 12-14 medications a month, so I cannot afford this either. He has tried me on other statins and they make my body ache very bad. He has told my insurance company that, but they still denied. Is there anything else available for people like me? I am disabled and I don’t get much money per month. Don’t know what else to do. I really need this medication due to me having a quadruple bypass 7 years ago due to clogged arteries. I am afraid what might happen without a medication. Thank you in advance for your help. Please advise. Have a blessed day.
